As expected the 2008 New Years Eve was amazing!!

Although, on the day before the critical day.. We started preparing the engines for the last and final battle of the year… On the next day, we visited the New Years Eve official site to decide where to go and to fix the place to settle down the troops… In the end, Opera House was our goal!

Next step.. Catch the train towards Circular Quay!!

After we arrived Circular Quay, we had to pass through a checkpoint control, because was not allowed people carry alcohol to that place… However, the true is that we passed the checkpoint control with everything... hehehehehehehe
The party is ready to begin!!

After we arrived we waited about 7 hours to see the fireworks! hehehehe

Until midnight we drunk, laughed, talked, danced etc!!

After the fireworks (2am) we went to a boat at Darling Harbour for a 4hours ride in the sydney Harbour..

As you can imagine my Christmas Eve dinner was a little bit different from years before…
Although, was a fantastic day with a lot of good food, alcohol, diversion etccc...

I arrived home at 7am… Completely destroyed!!

Blue Mountains!!

Blue Mountains is an incredible and an astonishing place to go in Sydney!!

If you like to see and feel real wild life, this would be the perfect place to go..

The nature (Cliffs, billabongs, cascades, birds’, reptiles, awesome views, sloping and giant stairs), the silence, the animals are so intense, powerful and passionate that you’ll never forget this magical place..

To get there you can go by train or by car.. Although I think majority of people catch the train..

It takes around 2h30m (train).. You need to catch the train at Central Station (City) and pay $ 24,00 (two ways)..

After we arrived in Katomba (Blue Mountains), we immediately started to find a place to sleep!

We slept at backpacker (Saturday to Sunday).. A very clean and pleasant place, with a very nice employees, with two big living/common rooms and a great kitchen etc.. For me it seems more like a hotel than a hostel.. hehehehe

After we reserved and paid the bedroom, we started our adventure..
